2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our store. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Products
All products are vintage items. We accurately represent each item through descriptions and photographs. Minor natural signs of aging are not considered defects and are disclosed where notable.
4. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices and to cancel orders if an item becomes unavailable, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. Orders and Contract
A binding contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.
6. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are listed on our Payment Methods page.
7. Shipping
We ship within Germany only. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.
8. Returns and Refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are not affected.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on selagar.com — including text, images, and design — is owned by Selagar or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Selagar's liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of German courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies.
