What Can Be Returned
We accept returns for:
- Defective or damaged items.
- Items that do not match the listing description or photographs.
- Non-defective items you have changed your mind about — no reason required.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at support@selagar.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a free return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, contact us within the 30-day window. We'll reserve the replacement and process the exchange once your return is received.
Your Legal Rights
As a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day policy exceeds this minimum and provides you with additional protection.
